Descripción larga
This sanctuary is one of the oldest centres of devotion in the Hoya de Huesca region. The current building combines 12th-century Romanesque elements with 18th-century Baroque renovations. Its façade is notable for its large rose window and monumental entrance portal.
Historically, it was an important pilgrimage site associated with miracles attributed to the Virgin Mary, later immortalised in medieval literature. The sanctuary can be reached through a pleasant pedestrian walk from the city.
